Index Profit Share Mortgage

This is predominantly a 2nd charge product designed to allow capital raising for either Buy to Let, High Net Worth, or Commercial clients. It can be used as a 1st charge loan but only against Buy to Let property.

The term is from 1 to 5 years and there are no monthly repayments to be made. At the end of the term the amount you repay is determined by the percentage increase in the Halifax House Price Index (subject to a minimum).

Other than a minimum borrowing of £25,000, equity is the only requirement for this loan, no other criteria are applied.
